## Stay basics

- Check-in from 1:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out: ₹500 each, subject to availability. Late check-out runs until 4:00 PM and is paid upfront.
- Reception: open 24 hours.
- Luggage storage: free at reception, before check-in and after check-out.
- Breakfast: free buffet every day, 8:30–10:30 AM.
- Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before check-in; inside 48 hours, one night is charged.
- Energy: partly solar-powered (solar panels supplement mains power). Not fully solar.

## Who can stay

- Adults aged 18–55 only; ID is checked at check-in. No children. No pets.
- Guests whose ID shows a Mumbai address cannot be hosted (a backpacker hostel for travellers).
- Indian guests: Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID with the address visible. PAN is not accepted.
- Foreign guests: passport and a valid visa.

## House rules

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Visitors: reception area only, until 10:00 PM.
- No food or alcohol inside the dorms.
- Smoking only in the designated area.
- The 8-Bed Female Dorm is for women only.

Seven room types on two floors (ground and first), reached by stairs; there is no lift.

- All dorm guests share 7 washrooms, all outside the rooms. Rainfall showers with hot water.
- Every room has air-conditioning. Every room has a ceiling fan except the Mini 4-Bed (AC only).
- Every bed has a personal locker, a reading light and a power plug. There are no universal adapters.

## Towels, toiletries and water

- Towels: free in private rooms. Dorm guests can buy a towel for ₹150 (sold, not rented; the guest keeps it).
- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush and toothpaste): free in private rooms; ₹50 for dorm guests.
- Drinking water: free filtered drinking-water station for all guests. Bottled water in private rooms only.
- Hair dryers: free at reception.

- Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 (international): 6.3 km, about 18 minutes by car.
- From the airport: prepaid taxi or app cab (Uber/Ola).
- Santacruz Metro: 400 m, about 5 minutes on foot.
- Santacruz railway station: 900 m, about 13 minutes on foot.
